What are the qualities of Activ Provence, Corporate event agency?
Activ Provence's qualities are professionalism and expertise in the MICE industry for over 20 years. The event industry involves a wide range of professions: transport, reception, accommodation, catering, festive animation, logistics, sound and light engineering, photography and video, design and setup and so on.
In addition to our sufficient knowledge of each fields, we do endeavour to plan all services in the best of your project interest, to provide you with an event beyond expectations.
How can you be sure that an event agency is environmentally responsible?
On one hand, events seems not compatible with eco-friendlyness.On the other hand, lot of efforts have been made in recent years by most of serious MICE agencies and service providers in general. Indeed Activ Provence awareness led to major changes in our practices and regulations. As proof of sustainability, check our "Ethics, sustainable development and CSR" page.
Why is there no predefined tariff on our website?
It is unusual to find predifined rates in the event industry. It is explained by the fact that not one event is exactly similar to another. Therefore each request will be carefuly studied and priced according to many parameters. Our team of project managers will make sure you'll get the best value for money. Rates of our services related to tourism (accomodation / catering / venue booking) are utterly dependent of seasonality, particularly in the south of France.
Where are we operating?
Activ Provence operates throughout the Provence Alps and French Riviera region. The Mediterranean coast is one of our favourites. For specific projects and/or long time Clients, we do intervene all over the world (e.g.: Mexico or Singapore Formula 1 Grand Prix incentive trips). Thanks to our licensed travel agency
