Step 1 : Assessing your needs and clarifying your expectations
This sailing teambuilding activity is mainly a bonding adventure that can be tailor-made to your own group’s requirements and reality at work. Before the event, we will meet you to listen to your expectations, know your process and decide a specific approach of the activity.
Step 2 : the program at sea
Usualy set to half a day activity – generaly in the morning from 09:30 till 13:30, you can plan a sailing regata running for two to three days, combining study time and teambuilding activity.
– Composing the Teams, greeting participants on board of each sailboat by the Skipper, safety & training briefing
– Navigation with a skipper in support and sometimes a coach in observation, handling boats and simple maneuvers. Intra-crew exercises and inter crews regatta according to the organization previously established.
Step 3 : the program on the coast
If the activity takes place over two days, we will suggest an evening “relax & leisure” still keeping the Sailing theme kicking.
