Group transfer reservation
Our travel agency license allows us to include all transportation services in our corporate event packages. If you wish, we can organize your group travel – except for plane tickets.
Therefore you can let us know about the schedule and required information in order to transport all participants according to their needs. From this, we will provide appropriate vehicles and drivers. For example, Activ Provence provides high-end coaches to drive groups to their activity, seminar or evening site. Return transfers are organized as flexibly as necessary. It can be a shuttle system for evenings, group return, multi-drop, etc. The type of vehicle will be determined based on the number of passengers and the distances to be traveled.
Sea transfer
Also available, you can book private boat trips. Activ Provence organises sea or river shuttle service whenever necessary. This is the case for sites such as the Golden Islands, the Frioul archipelago or the RhĂ´ne crossings, to name just a few.
During exceptional events such as the Formula 1 Grand Prix of France at the Paul Ricard du Castellet circuit or the Monaco Grand Prix, we can book your private helicopter transfers.
In case of an incentive travel outside of Provence, we can also organize your TGV train ticket. In this case, please keep us informed well in advance.
Welcoming Group in Provence, Meet & Greet
Whichever transfer you choose, we recommend the “Meet & Greet” option. This means adding a group reception service by one of our English speaking representatives. This person will be on hand to welcome passengers, orient them and ensure that all their questions are answered.
It is also a safer in case of unexpected change. Indeed, it is easier to be reactive on the ground and be able to coordinate the rest of the program with a Tour Leader.
