They aim to improve the life of the group within your company.Different game themes are proposed : reflection arising from a common theme, stategies to achieve a particular objective, team work in specific circumstances, etc. Objective : understand how others function.Every company is confronted with the problem of improving in-house communication between different departments or services and attempts to find solutions to these.For this, the objectives and programmes proposed are assessed by our team and the activities are chosen according to the time available and the number of participants. The sporting and fun aspects are fundamentally important for the days to be run successfully, as are conviviality and good humour. Team building and Cuban music : learn to listen to be able to play.Discover another way of communicating by involving the participants in a world far from their every day hierarchical organisations.The programme proposed stimulates communication between the members of the company and enables the drums to speak. Objective: enhance the driving forces of the group and enjoy a memorable event together. Visual arts & Painting : creativity and the production of artwork as a team.In small groups of no more than 5 people, the participants will reveal their imaginative and creative skills round a predetermined or randomly selected theme.Using one of your company's products, an image, concept, idea, or slogan, this workshop will become a « giant brainstorming » session where everyone, with the support of our team, will be able to give free rein to their imagination. This workshop provides great encouragement for interaction between and understanding of the different desires and view points other people. An excellent exercise in communication, the results obtained by each team will speak for themselves. Establishing these ideas will reveal new talents among the participants and the results obtained will surprise many. |
